I don’t know how I could have gotten through this process without Black Crown OK. I have trouble imagining a better realtor out there — seriously. They guided me from start to finish through buying my first home, and made my best interests their clear priority at all times. Their humor kept me sane, and they weren’t afraid to go toe-to-toe for me in negotiations. They knew to ask for things I would never have thought of, like trimming trees from my roof so they couldn’t do any damage, or making electrical fixes I wasn’t aware were issues. Best of all, they were an exceptional communicator. They kept me up to date at all times, and responded to any questions (and there were a lot!) immediately. And I do mean immediately. I was so naive going into this process, but they have the best realtors I could possibly have chosen. You couldn’t ask for a better team member on your home-buying journey!Tara Malone
