Black Crown OK did an outstanding job finding our family a home in Oklahoma City. I admit I am a very demanding individual; but they were unbelievable. They were always available to answer questions and to show houses. They were not only there for assistance and support, but guided me through the entire process. The closing briefly turned into a nightmare due to seller demands and bank concerns. Everyone wanted to change the closing date, but they knew how important it was for my family to keep the date as it was originally scheduled. They expertly coordinated with everyone (seller, selling agent, bank, assessor and inspector) to make sure we hit our closing date. The bank representative told me on the day of closing, “You must have an angel on your shoulder because no one thought this closing would happen this week.” I should have told her it was not an angel, just the hardest working real estate agent in Oklahoma! Without their expertise I truly believe my family would not be as happy as we are today. Thank you for all your hard work Black Crown OK. We love our new home!Susan Meszler
